Cabin 15 is our dedicated pet-friendly cabin, and it’s also the most spacious accommodation in the park. If you’re travelling with the whole family – four-legged members included – this is where you want to be.
Three separate bedrooms give everyone their own space. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second has a double, and the third offers two singles. All beds come with linen and electric blankets provided, so there’s no last-minute packing panic. The layout works well for larger families, grandparents travelling with grandkids, or groups of friends who want proper beds rather than bunks.
The bedrooms surround a spacious living area with a comfortable two-seater couch, TV, and a dining table that seats six. Plenty of room to spread out on rainy days or gather for family card nights.
The kitchen is properly equipped with a full-size oven and cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus all the cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery you’ll need. This is one cabin where you can actually cook a proper roast if you’re staying a while. That said, most guests gravitate to the attached courtyard where there’s a BBQ, and outdoor seating for six. It’s hard to beat dinner under the stars while the dog sniffs around at your feet.
The ensuite bathroom has a separate toilet and a shower with hand basin, making those busy morning routines a bit easier with a full house.
Reverse-cycle air conditioning handles both heating and cooling, so you’re comfortable whatever the Murray River weather throws at you. The cabin sits near the pool and playground – handy for wearing out the kids – and the river is just a short walk away. Don’t forget, there’s also an off-lead dog area in the park where your mate can have a proper run.
